ABOUT US

Structured support after online financial fraud

Our mission

To give people affected by online financial fraud structured, practical support, and to accompany them at every step — from gathering the evidence to putting the case in front of the banks, providers and authorities who can act on it.

Our approach

We assess every matter on its own facts and tell you honestly how we see it. Outcomes depend on the specifics of the case, the quality of the evidence, timing, and decisions made by third parties — so we explain what is realistic rather than promise a result.

A magnifying glass over financial statements

We help you document it

We collect and organise the evidence from your transactions, so there is as much material as possible to put to banks and authorities — even if you are not sure you have everything.

One team on your case

Your matter is handled by the whole team rather than passed around, so nothing is lost between people and you always know who is working on it.

We move quickly

Time matters in fraud cases. Once you come to us we start acting on your behalf straight away, because the sooner funds are traced the more options remain open.

Fake brokers and trading platforms

Money lost to fraudulent trading, forex and CFD brokers. We work to identify who is behind the platform and pursue the recovery of your funds through the channels available.

Digital asset and exchange fraud

Losses through fake exchanges, fraudulent token offerings and compromised wallets. Blockchain transactions leave a trail, and that trail can be followed and documented.

Fake investment schemes

Ponzi structures, bogus investment projects and financial pyramids — including those promoted through social media ads and messaging groups that direct victims onto a platform.

Cross-border recovery

Funds transferred out of Malaysia. Most online fraud crosses borders, so cases usually involve providers and institutions in more than one jurisdiction.

Phishing and bank transfer fraud

Money taken through phishing, online banking fraud and identity theft. These cases move fastest, because a fraudulent transfer can sometimes still be traced and challenged.

WHAT WE HANDLE

A structured route through the recovery process

How we work

We handle online financial fraud in all its forms, combining evidence work with the legal and regulatory routes available in Malaysia and abroad to pursue the recovery of your money.

Important note

Romance and relationship-based scams, messenger-only schemes where funds never reached a regulated platform, e-commerce disputes and purely offline transactions are outside our scope. We work on matters with losses from $1,500.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Answers to your questions

What types of fraud do you cover?

We work on online financial fraud: fake investment schemes, phishing, fraudulent brokers, digital asset and exchange fraud, and similar cases where money moved through a financial platform. Romance and relationship-based scams, messenger-only schemes, e-commerce disputes and purely offline transactions are outside our scope.

What is the minimum amount you work with?

We work on matters with losses from $1,500. The reason is simply that the recovery process takes significant legal and administrative resources. Below that level we can still point you toward the steps you can take yourself.

How long does the process take?

It depends on the complexity of the case and on how the financial institutions involved respond — both of which sit outside our control, so we will not put a figure on it in advance. What we can promise is that we keep you updated on progress rather than leaving you in the dark.

What documents do I need?

To start: identification, whatever evidence of the fraud you have (screenshots, correspondence, account statements), and any information about who took the money. If you are not sure you have everything, come to us anyway — helping you gather and organise the documentation is part of what we do.

Do you work with clients from all states?

Yes — we take enquiries from across Malaysia, from Peninsular Malaysia through to Sabah and Sarawak. The work is handled digitally, so where you are does not limit what we can do on your case.

Will you ask me for an upfront payment to release my funds?

Never. We do not ask for cryptocurrency, seed phrases, wallet keys or upfront "unlock" or "release" payments. If anyone contacts you claiming they can release your money in exchange for such a payment, that is a red flag — whoever they say they are.
